Each page has a different tip to try and help maintain your gut health。 Some of them are repetitive from section to section, but most of the tips seem to be useful。

200 one-page hacks to improve your gut health。 An easy, but interesting read。 Many I already knew, 25% were new to me。 Fun part was sharing ideas with spouse, one page at a time。 Not too overwhelming。 If you care about your gut health, this is a non-threatening way to begin making changes。
